Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support across desktops, servers, and network devices.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Perform system installations, upgrades, relocations, and equipment changes.
• Support network infrastructure through preventive maintenance activities.
• Test and certify PCs, servers, network devices, and approved applications.
• Respond to incidents, manage escalations, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Build trusted client relationships through responsive technical support.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and service quality.
