What You'll Do

• Provide onsite and remote support across desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, AV/meeting rooms, and technology kiosks.

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.

• Perform system installations, upgrades, relocations, and equipment changes.

• Support network infrastructure through operational support and preventive maintenance activities.

• Test and certify PCs, servers, network devices, and approved business applications.

What You'll Bring
