Job summary

PPG Industries is seeking a Technical Demonstrator to provide dedicated support to the MSO Repair Hub at the Eastern Creek Office in NSW, Australia. The role focuses on delivering technical training, product demonstrations, and expert troubleshooting to technicians and stakeholders.

You will act as the primary technical liaison, ensuring operational excellence, supporting capability development, and driving adherence to service standards within the repair environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to the MSO Repair Hub, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues and operational challenges.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to repair technicians, management teams, and other stakeholders.
• Design and facilitate technical training programmes to enhance repair capability, technical competency, and product knowledge.
• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues, escalating where appropriate and following through to resolution.
• Act as the subject matter expert for products, repair processes, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Support the implementation of new products, repair procedures, and technical initiatives within the repair hub.
• Monitor technical performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in repair quality and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams and MSO partners to ensure technical standards, service levels, and contractual obligations are consistently achieved.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, training materials, troubleshooting guides, and process updates.
• Gather feedback from technicians and stakeholders to identify training requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Support audits, quality reviews, and compliance activities as required.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer and partner stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to service delivery.
