Technical Delivery Lead | Azure DevOps | SAFe | NV1 Clearance

Join a high-profile Federal Government program delivering next-generation national law enforcement capabilities.

The Network IT Recruitment are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to lead the planning and delivery of complex software releases across Agile engineering teams. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role where you'll work closely with architects, developers, testers and product owners to drive successful technical outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead technical delivery across Agile software development teams
• Manage Azure DevOps backlogs, Epics, Features and User Stories
• Coordinate Program Increment (PI) planning and release delivery
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release management and operational readiness
• Manage technical risks, dependencies and resource planning
• Engage technical and business stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes

We're looking for experience with:

• Technical Delivery, Engineering Management or Technical Program Management
• Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos)
• SAFe, Scrum or Kanban Agile delivery
• CI/CD and modern software engineering practices
• Cloud and enterprise application delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Key Requirements:

• Federal Government experience (delivery within major complex national programs preferred)
• Program or Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, SAFe)
• NV1 Security Clearance

Canberra (Onsite for first minimum 3-6 months then hybrid)
NV1 preferred
12-month contract with extension options
