Digitas—The Networked Experience Agency is seeking a Delivery Lead (Technical) to oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs across client partnerships. The role requires senior leadership, strong delivery discipline, and collaboration across UX, data, and engineering teams.

You will shape delivery strategy, manage budgets and governance, and coach managers while exploring AI-enabled delivery practices to drive business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering complex technical, digital or product-led programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across UX, engineering, technology and data functions.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, product development and software delivery methodologies.
• Proven capability managing enterprise-scale programs, stakeholders, budgets and commercial outcomes.
• Experience facilitating workshops, roadmap planning and prioritisation sessions.
• Expertise with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com or similar platforms.

Responsabilités

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across the full software delivery lifecycle, from discovery and planning through to build, testing and release.
• Partnering with senior client stakeholders to define priorities, align teams and drive confident decision-making.
• Facilitating workshops that uncover business needs, prioritise opportunities and shape delivery roadmaps.
• Working closely with UX, Data and Technology teams to deliver outcomes that balance business value, customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Taking ownership of commercial performance through forecasting, budgeting, scope management and delivery governance.
• Coaching Project Managers, improving delivery maturity and driving innovation, including the adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices.
