Job summary

Talent seeks a Technical Delivery Lead to spearhead delivery and architecture on a high-profile PropTech engagement in Sydney. You’ll coordinate with global engineering teams and senior client stakeholders, blending technical leadership with delivery ownership.

You’ll bring strong TypeScript/Node.js expertise, cloud experience (GCP), and a track record of leading complex software delivery across distributed teams. This role offers a significant early presence in Australia.

Qualifications

5+ years delivering complex software in a leadership capacity.
Proven expertise in TypeScript and Node.js.
Experience leading distributed engineering teams across geographies.
Proven ability to engage with C-level and senior technology stakeholders.
Experience with PropTech, real estate tech, consulting or professional services is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Own technical delivery and become a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders.
Lead and influence engineering teams across Australia and globally.
Provide technical direction across TypeScript, Node.js, GCP and modern cloud architectures.
Translate business priorities into pragmatic technical solutions and delivery plans.
Guide architecture and engineering decisions, review solutions and challenge technical assumptions.
Identify risks and dependencies early and drive projects through to successful outcomes.
Help establish the organisation’s reputation and presence in the Australian market.
