You will combine technical leadership, architecture oversight and delivery ownership, influencing strategic decisions and shaping delivery success in a growing market.

• Experience leading technical delivery across distributed engineering teams.

• Strong communication with C-level and senior technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery and become a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders.
• Lead and influence engineering teams across Australia and globally.
• Provide technical direction across TypeScript, Node.js, GCP and modern cloud architectures.
• Translate business priorities into pragmatic technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Guide architecture and engineering decisions, review solutions and challenge technical assumptions.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and drive projects through to successful outcomes.
• Help establish the organisation's reputation and presence in the Australian market.
