Job summary

Safe Pool Solutions Pty Ltd – Clontarf QLD is seeking a friendly, organised and technically minded Project Support / Technical Operations Support to join our team. This full-time, office-based role supports the Operations Team and Field Technicians in pricing, takeoffs, drawing interpretation and job planning.

The successful candidate will review drawings, assist with pricing, prepare technical job sheets and communicate with internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Experience or aptitude for quantity takeoffs from plans.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organisational and time-management skills.
• Practical, rational approach to problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Review quotation requests and assist with pricing and technical information.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and measure quantities from drawings.
• Support internal quoting team with accurate job information.
• Prepare technical job sheets and documentation for Field Technicians.
• Assist Field Technicians with job planning and scheduling.
• Review upcoming jobs to ensure required information is available.
• Follow up and review jobs in CRM and operational systems.
• Provide general support to the Operations Team.
• Participate in weekly planning meetings.
• Ensure company policies and processes are followed.
