Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking a WFM Technical Specialist for a 6-month contract based in North Ryde, NSW. The role centers on complex enterprise Workforce Management implementations, integrations and data migration, supporting a major transformation program to deliver a technical solution.

You will collaborate with business, technology and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery, with strong stakeholder management and experience across large-scale WFM projects highly valued.

Qualifications

• ADP Workforce Software (ADP WFS) experience is highly preferred.
• Strong UKG / Kronos WFM experience is an alternative.
• WFM technical configuration and integrations.
• Interface design and troubleshooting.
• Data migration and testing support.
• Experience on enterprise-scale WFM implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple delivery teams.

WFM Technical Specialist | Contract Opportunity - 6 months with a potential to extend

I’m currently looking for an experienced WFM Technical Specialist to support a major enterprise transformation program.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical Workforce Management experience, particularly across complex enterprise implementations, integrations and data migration.

You’ll work closely with business, technology and implementation partners to support the Workforce Management stream and help deliver the technical solution successfully.

Qualifications

• ADP Workforce Software (ADP WFS) experience – highly preferred
• Alternatively, strong UKG / Kronos Workforce Management experience
• WFM technical configuration and integrations
• Interface design and troubleshooting
• Data migration and testing support
• Experience working on enterprise-scale WFM implementations
