Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking an experienced WFM Technical Specialist to support a major enterprise transformation program. This role requires strong technical Workforce Management expertise across complex enterprise implementations, integrations, and data migration.

You’ll collaborate with business, technology and implementation partners to deliver the Workforce Management solution, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with program goals.

Qualifications

• ADP Workforce Software (ADP WFS) experience – highly preferred.
• Alternatively, strong UKG / Kronos Workforce Management experience.
• WFM technical configuration and integrations.
• Interface design and troubleshooting.
• Data migration and testing support.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale WFM implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work across multiple delivery teams.

WFM Technical Specialist | Contract Opportunity - 6 months with a potential to extend

I’m currently looking for an experienced WFM Technical Specialist to support a major enterprise transformation program.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical Workforce Management experience, particularly across complex enterprise implementations, integrations and data migration.

You’ll work closely with business, technology and implementation partners to support the Workforce Management stream and help deliver the technical solution successfully.
