Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking an experienced WFM Technical Specialist to drive enterprise Workforce Management implementations, integrations and data migration for a major transformation program.

You will work with business, technology and delivery partners to deliver the technical solution and help ensure successful delivery across multiple teams.

This is a contract opportunity with ADP WFS experience highly preferred and a chance to shape the WFM technology landscape for a leading enterprise.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical Workforce Management experience, particularly across complex enterprise implementations, integrations and data migration.

You’ll work closely with business, technology and implementation partners to support the Workforce Management stream and help deliver the technical solution successfully.
