Job summary

Sensei is seeking a hands-on Technical Consultant to join our Commercial Delivery team in Australia. You’ll design and build solutions across Microsoft Power Platform, deliver end-to-end builds, and collaborate with senior consultants on solution design.

You’ll engage with clients, contribute to technical estimates, and help improve patterns, standards, and AI-enabled solutions. A curious, collaborative problem-solver will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in technical consulting or solution delivery, with projects you can discuss in detail.
• Solid, hands-on experience with Model-Driven Power Apps and Dynamics 365 development. Plugins or custom APIs experience is useful.
• Confident with Power Automate; Canvas Apps, PCF, Power BI, front-end frameworks or Office 365 development is a bonus.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients, including when things get difficult.
• Curiosity about AI and automation, shown through projects you've tried or explored.

The Role:

We're looking for a Technical Consultant to join our Commercial Delivery team. You'll design and build solutions across Microsoft Power Platform and the broader Microsoft ecosystem, and help turn client needs into solutions that work in practice.You'll be hands‑on in delivery. You'll work closely with senior consultants on solution design, contribute to technical estimates, and own your build work from start to finish. Some problems won't have an obvious answer. We want people who enjoy working those out, ask good questions, and know when to bring others in.

You'll learn from experienced practitioners and get exposure to a range of clients and projects. As you grow, you'll help improve our technical processes, patterns and standards, and share what you learn with the rest of the team.

There's also room to get involved in how Sensei uses AI and automation, both in our own business and in client solutions. If you're curious about new technology and like testing ideas to see what works, you'll have the chance to contribute and help turn promising ideas into something practical for clients.
