Job summary

Marsh in Melbourne seeks a talented claims professional to join our JLT Public Sector team. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and offers exposure to complex liability claims managed across clients and insurers.

You will provide technical guidance, coordinate claim activity, and help clients navigate the claims process with confidence, while liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, and legal partners to drive favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex liability claims including public liability and professional indemnity.
• Knowledge of liability frameworks, including the Wrongs Act and common law principles.
• Experience engaging with clients, legal counsels, and industry partners.
• Expertise in analysing claims data and producing insightful reports.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our JLT Public Sector team, part of our risk business at Marsh. This role will be based in Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role you will provide technical claims advice, coordinate claim activity, and help clients navigate the claims process with confidence. You will work across a portfolio of complex, high-value liability claims, ensuring claims are managed efficiently, accurately, and in line with client and insurer expectations.
