Job summary

Acrux is seeking an experienced BDM/Technical Sales professional to drive new business in electrical drives, motors and automation for a NSW-based client. You will balance engineering credibility with commercial drive and build relationships with engineers, maintenance teams and senior decision-makers.

The role combines engineering, sales, commissioning and business development, offering growth opportunities and a path toward partnership for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDM, Sales Engineer or Technical Sales in electrical drives or automation.
• Background in electrical drives, motors or automation engineering.
• Proven track record in converting technical knowledge to commercial outcomes.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Desire to build long-term business and take on greater responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across electrical drives, motors and automation sectors.
• Support existing customers with technically appropriate solutions and proposals.
