Job summary

Aspiring Talent is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to drive discovery and delivery across complex enterprise systems in a healthcare and aged care transformation project. You will challenge assumptions, map processes and deliver actionable recommendations to support technology decisions.

In this role you will lead multi-track business and technical analysis, coordinate workshops with stakeholders, and contribute to data modeling, interface mapping and QA activities throughout

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of system integrations, interface mapping, data analysis and enterprise applications.
• Experience across ERP, Finance, HRIS, CRM or other complex enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology transformation or system implementation programs.
• Exposure to testing, UAT and quality assurance activities.
• Healthcare, aged care or Care Management System experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technical analysis across multiple enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Conduct current-state assessments, mapping business processes, applications, system integrations, interfaces and data flows.
• Investigate complex operational and technical issues, performing root cause analysis across systems, data and processes.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to uncover requirements, identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse data models, system interactions and integration dependencies across enterprise platforms.
• Develop clear technical documentation, process maps, findings and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Support testing, UAT, quality assurance and defect investigation throughout delivery.
