Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an experienced Program Delivery Analyst / Business Analyst to support a major transformation program in Melbourne. The role blends governance, delivery coordination, stakeholder engagement and business analysis with hands-on automation using modern Microsoft tools.

You will work across multiple workstreams, facilitate workshops, manage RAID artefacts and prepare executive‑level updates. Strong communication and the ability to drive process improvements are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience across BA, Program Delivery, Governance, PMO or Transformation.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation programs.
• Strong governance, RAID management, reporting and delivery coordination capability.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience implementing automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support program governance and coordination across multiple delivery workstreams.
• Own and maintain RAID registers, actions, decisions, dependencies and governance artefacts.
• Prepare program reporting, governance packs and executive‑level presentations.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate stakeholders across business, technology and vendor teams.
• Support process mapping, delivery analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual governance and delivery processes.
• Develop practical solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and SharePoint Online.
• Improve collaboration and delivery visibility through Teams, Planner and Loop.
• Support business readiness, change impacts and UAT coordination where required.
