Job summary
Talent International is seeking an experienced Program Delivery Analyst / Business Analyst in Melbourne to support a major transformation. This role blends program governance, delivery coordination, stakeholder engagement and business analysis with hands-on automation using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and SharePoint Online.

Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience across Business Analysis, Program Delivery, Governance, PMO or Transformation.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation programs.
- Strong governance, RAID management, reporting and delivery coordination capability.
- Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Support program governance and coordination across multiple delivery workstreams.
- Own and maintain RAID registers, actions, decisions, dependencies and governance artefacts.
- Prepare program reporting, governance packs and executive-level presentations.
- Facilitate workshops and coordinate stakeholders across business, technology and vendor teams.
- Support process mapping, delivery analysis and continuous improvement activities.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual governance and delivery processes.
- Develop practical solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and SharePoint Online.
- Improve collaboration and delivery visibility through Teams, Planner and Loop.
- Support business readiness, change impacts and UAT coordination where required.
