Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group in Kelvin Grove (QLD) is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive Workday-based implementations and process improvements. This permanent full-time role operates from our Kelvin Grove office with a hybrid working environment.

You will gather requirements, map processes, document specifications and coordinate testing while collaborating with technology teams and vendors to enable successful solutions in healthcare and aged care contexts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Workday and enterprise environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
• Workday experience is a must and integration with legacy systems.
• Analytical and solutions-focused with ability to communicate complex information.
• Experience across project delivery and operations.
• Healthcare, community services or aged care experience is valued.

Bolton Clarke Groupone of Australia’s largest independent, not-for-profit providers of home care, retirement living and residential aged care, operating nationally and internationally.Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 87 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.

This is a permanent full-time role based in our Kelvin Grove office (QLD) with a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Coordinate testing activities, validate outcomes and support successful implementations
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions across operational teams
• Analyse current-state processes with existing enterprise and legacy systems and troubleshoot integration pathways for Workday
• Work closely with technology teams, vendors and project stakeholders to support solution delivery
• Support system enhancements, upgrades and business improvement initiatives
• Assist with business service requests, process queries and operational problem-solving
• Coordinate testing activities, validate outcomes and support successful implementations
• Develop process maps, procedures, training guides and supporting documentation

About You

You’ll be an experienced Business Analyst who is equally comfortable facilitating executive workshops, analysing processes, and providing practical support to business stakeholders when required.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Workday and enterprise environments
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills
• Workday experience is a must- you need to have used it and integrated a legacy system
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
• Experience working across both project delivery and operational environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex information
• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps or similar
• Understanding of project methodologies and systems delivery lifecycles
• The ability to balance competing priorities and work autonomously
• Experience within healthcare, community services, aged care or service-based industries will be highly regarded
