Job summary

Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation seeks a Technical Analyst to join our Enterprise Customer Platforms team. This remote, fixed-term role focuses on shaping technology solutions, documenting architectures and ensuring governance across Salesforce CRM, Web Self-Service, Okta, and API integrations.

You'll work with Architects, Delivery Managers and product owners to translate business needs into practical designs, develop artefacts, and support discovery, governance and reporting throughout

Qualifications

• Formal IT development qualifications and certifications are advantageous.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Analyst delivering enterprise solutions.
• Strong documentation of authentication, data flows and non-functional reqs.

Responsibilities

• Analyse initiatives and translate requirements into documented solution options.
• Develop and maintain solution artefacts and architecture records.
• Document current and future-state architectures; assess impacts.
• Elicit and validate business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support governance processes and architecture reviews.
