Job summary

Iterate is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join its enterprise technology team in Melbourne, focusing on Salesforce and Cybersecurity initiatives. You will bridge business, technology and security, ensuring Salesforce solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with business requirements.

In this hands-on role, you’ll elicit and document technical, business and security requirements, analyse Salesforce configurations, review integrations for risks, and support testing,

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration knowledge.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, integrations and APIs.
• Foundational knowledge of OWASP, NIST, IAM and cybersecurity risk.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and workshop facilitation.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
