Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst in Brisbane CBD to support a program migrating from a legacy case management system to Salesforce. You will analyse legacy systems, define technical requirements, and assist with solution design, working with developers, architects, BAs and SMEs to ensure clear, traceable requirements aligned with performance, security and scalability.

About The Role

We're seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support a program involving migration from legacy case management system to Salesforce, legacy system analysis, technical requirements definition, and solution design support. You'll work closely with developers, architects, business analysts and SMEs to ensure requirements are clear, traceable, and aligned to performance, security and scalability needs.

• Support solution design, integration, and architecture activities
• Document system interfaces and data flows
• Collaborate with developers to clarify technical requirements
• Partner with business analysts and SMEs to confirm and refine business requirements
• Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Ensure alignment with performance, security, and scalability expectations

Required skills & experience

• Strong background in technical analysis across system implementations
• Proven migration and implementation experience
• Experience with legacy to CRM (preferably Salesforce) migration
• Proven ability to interpret and document architecture and integrations
• Hands-on experience documenting interfaces and data flows
• Familiarity with modern application architectures (cloud / microservices desirable)
• Strong analytical/problem-solving capability
• Comfortable working across both technical and business stakeholders
