PWR Advanced Cooling Technology in Stapylton, QLD is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support growth across engineering, aerospace, and defence sectors. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within Australia, partnering with hiring managers to secure top talent.

You will build pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and provide market insights to influence hiring decisions while delivering a positive candidate experience aligned with PWR's values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical recruitment.
• Experience recruiting engineering, manufacturing, aerospace/defence, or technical trades is preferred.
• Ability to build credibility with hiring managers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring plans.
• Lead recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, aerospace/defence, project management and technical roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage hard-to-find technical talent in Australia.
• Proactively build pipelines of engineers and technical specialists.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
