PWR is a global leader in advanced cooling solutions, trusted by Formula 1, NASCAR, Supercars, aerospace and high-performance automotive customers worldwide. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Technical Services team.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll develop, improve and support manufacturing processes across our production environment, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with Design, Production and Quality teams, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, support new product introductions and help solve complex manufacturing challenges.
Qualified in Mechanical, Manufacturing or related Engineering discipline.
Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles, including process design, process capability, materials behaviour and Design for Manufacture (DFM)
Experience improving production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Experience with tooling, fixturing, process control and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across production, quality and engineering teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
