Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in regulated design and product development.
• Experience in Aerospace / Defence.
• Deep knowledge of industry standards, engineering principles, and best practices.
• Leadership experience within a design environment.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to manage innovation and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise engineering systems across production, quality and supply chain.
• Mentor the design team to build technical competency.
• Drive continuous improvement across the engineering system.
• Contribute to the scoping and development of new Aerospace & Defence project opportunities.
