• Preparing quotes and supporting the sales process.
• Raising and managing purchase orders with suppliers.
• Following up suppliers and incoming stock.
• Assisting with inventory and stock management.
• Processing warranty claims and product returns.
• Maintaining accurate customer and product information.
• Updating website products, pricing and content.
• Monitoring product and sales trends.
• Supporting the Directors and wider Zankap team.
• Using technology, AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and streamline everyday processes
