Job summary

PTC Bankstown is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our Bankstown team in a full-time capacity. You will engage customers with personalised recommendations, drive sales, and operate within a fast-paced retail environment focused on tech devices.

Experience with phones/devices and a passion for mobile technology will be highly valued. You’ll work with a dynamic team, participate in training, and have opportunities for growth and progression, including achievable monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales environments is preferred.
• Device repair experience is preferred, especially for phones/devices.
• Willingness to lead, support and motivate a team.
• Flexible availability including at least one weekend day and public holidays.
