Sustain Recruit is seeking a proactive Project Manager for a dynamic technology team in the financial services sector. You will lead end-to-end delivery across diverse initiatives, engaging stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes in a lean, fast-paced environment.

You will manage governance, RAID, and delivery reporting while coordinating multiple concurrent projects with ambiguity and changing priorities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across tech and business domains.

• Manage multiple concurrent technology and business projects from initiation through go-live.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource plans and milestones.
• Governance, RAID registers and delivery reporting.
• Coordinate vendors, implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and drive mitigation strategies.
• Support scoping, prioritisation and business engagement activities.
• Facilitate workshops, project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Support UAT, business readiness and go-live planning.
• Manage delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments.
