Job summary

Sustainability is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our technology team within the financial services space. You will manage a broad range of initiatives across infrastructure, applications, compliance, cyber security, CRM, AI, data and business transformation projects.

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will help deliver end-to-end outcomes in a lean, fast-paced environment while supporting an evolving PMO.

Qualifications

Experience delivering multiple concurrent technology and business projects.
Strong governance, reporting and RAID management capability.
Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Managing multiple concurrent technology and business projects from initiation through to implementation and go-live.
Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, resource plans and delivery milestones.
Managing project governance, RAID registers and delivery reporting.
Coordinating vendors, implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
Identifying risks, issues and dependencies while driving mitigation strategies.
Supporting project scoping, prioritisation and business engagement activities.
Facilitating workshops, project meetings and stakeholder communications.
Supporting UAT, business readiness and go-live planning activities.
Managing project delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments.
