SustainRecruit is partnering with a leading investment and wealth management organisation in Melbourne to recruit a Project Manager. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of technology and business initiatives across infrastructure, CRM, data and transformation projects.

You will deliver end-to-end projects, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, and operate in a lean, fast-paced PMO environment with both Agile and Waterfall delivery styles.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end project management experience.
• Strong governance, RAID management and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with stakeholders and vendors.
• Jira experience and Agile/Waterfall delivery knowledge.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Thrives in lean, fast-moving teams.

Responsabilités

• Managing multiple concurrent technology and business projects from initiation through to implementation and go-live.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, resource plans and delivery milestones.
• Managing project governance, RAID registers and delivery reporting.
• Coordinating vendors, implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying risks, issues and dependencies while driving mitigation strategies.
• Supporting project scoping, prioritisation and business engagement activities.
• Facilitating workshops, project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Supporting UAT, business readiness and go-live planning activities.
• Managing project delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments.
