Job summary

Infinity Group Finance on the Gold Coast is seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to support the technology projects team. Based in Southport with a 9am-5pm schedule, you’ll work with Project Managers and stakeholders to move initiatives from concept to completion.

The role covers system enhancements, cloud solutions, ERP rollout, and risk-aware delivery. You’ll help manage schedules, documentation, testing, and delivery administration while gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience supporting Project Managers in technology delivery.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with software implementations, cloud solutions, or ERP projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of testing lifecycles, release processes, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Project Managers across multiple technology and business projects.
• Coordinating activities, schedules, documentation, reporting and compliance.
• Tracking actions, milestones, risks, and deliverables to stay on track.
• Monitoring backlogs and assisting with delivery planning and prioritisation.
• Assisting with software testing activities and testing lifecycles.
• Facilitating meetings, workshops, reviews and status updates.
• Maintaining project documentation with technical and business stakeholders.
• Supporting budgeting, reporting and delivery administration.
