Job summary

Infinity Group Coaching on the Gold Coast is recruiting a Project Delivery Coordinator to support technology initiatives and keep multiple projects aligned from concept to completion.

Based in Southport, this role offers hybrid work with one day remote per week post-probation, and a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential transition to permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience supporting Project Managers in delivering technology, software, ERP, CRM, or system enhancement projects.
• Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies and when to apply them.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication across technical and business teams.
• Knowledge of software testing lifecycles and release processes.
• Awareness of project budgeting, milestone tracking, reporting and delivery administration.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers across multiple technology and business projects.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, documentation, reporting and compliance with delivery, risk and security requirements.
• Track actions, dependencies, milestones, risks and deliverables to keep projects on track.
• Monitor backlogs and assist with delivery planning and prioritisation activities.
• Assist with software testing activities and support testing lifecycles.
• Facilitate and coordinate project meetings, workshops, stakeholder reviews, and status updates.
• Maintain project documentation and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Support project budgeting, reporting and delivery administration.

Project Delivery Coordinator | Technology Projects

Location: Southport, Gold Coast | Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) | WFH 1 day per week post-probation

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 base + super, depending on experience

12-Month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to transition to a permanent opportunity)

Working closely with our Project Managers and key business stakeholders, you'll play an important role in supporting the delivery of technology initiatives and maintaining momentum across multiple projects.

You’ll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects, including system enhancements, application implementations, cloud-based solutions, integrations, process improvement initiatives, and the rollout of a new ERP platform.

While this role focuses on project coordination and delivery support, it offers valuable exposure across the full project lifecycle and provides a strong pathway for future growth into Project Management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting Project Managers across multiple technology and business projects.
• Coordinating project activities, schedules, documentation, reporting, and supporting compliance with project delivery, risk, and security requirements.
• Tracking actions, dependencies, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.
• Monitoring project backlogs and assisting with delivery planning and prioritisation activities.
• Assisting with software testing activities and supporting testing lifecycles.
• Facilitating and coordinating project meetings, workshops, stakeholder reviews, project status updates, and milestone tracking to support successful project delivery.
• Maintaining project documentation and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Supporting project budgeting, reporting, and delivery administration activities.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years' experience supporting Project Managers in the delivery of technology, software, application, ERP, CRM, integration, or system enhancement projects.
• Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, including the key attributes of each approach and when they are applied.
• Experience working on software implementations, application enhancements, cloud-hosted solutions, or integration-based projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Understanding of software testing lifecycles and release processes.
• Awareness of project budgeting, milestone tracking, reporting, and delivery administration activities.
• A foundational understanding of risk management principles, data security requirements, risk framework definitions, and working within defined security boundaries.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Highly Regarded

• Completion of introductory project delivery, project management, or Agile training courses.
• Exposure to ERP implementation projects.
• Knowledge of mortgage, lending, financial services, or property purchasing lifecycles.
