Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Opal Next Gen program in a hybrid role. The position supports planning, resourcing, budgeting and reporting for complex technology projects, reporting to Project Managers.

You will drive execution with a focus on schedule, quality and stakeholder communication. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in technology project coordination, strong lifecycle knowledge, and PM certifications.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years experience as Technology Project Coordinator/Project Officer.
• Understanding of typical systems delivery lifecycle and project management activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans and resourcing for ONG projects.
• Support budgeting, reporting and administrative project activities.
• Monitor risk, issues and progress; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers to achieve project outcomes and governance.
