Job summary

Transport for NSW invites an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of projects within the Opal Next Gen program. This fixed-term hybrid role supports governance, cost management, and stakeholder engagement from our NSW offices.

Priority is delivering on scope, schedule and budget with robust reporting, while collaborating with the project controls team and external partners. 50% office-based at Parramatta Square or Macquarie Park, salary range AU$163,145–AU$182,721

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience delivering systems projects.
• Strong understanding of the delivery lifecycle and standard PM activities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects within ONG program.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, vendors, risks, issues, and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain schedules, risk logs, milestone plans, and cost workbooks.
• Facilitate stakeholder management and accurate reporting.
• Ensure governance guidelines and cost-measure strategies are followed.
