Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Opal Next Gen program in a hybrid role. Based at Par-ramatta Square or Macquarie Park, you will support project plans, resourcing, budgets and reporting to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.

You will work with Project Managers to monitor risk, issues and progress, focusing on execution, organisation and effective communication across a broad stakeholder network.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years experience as a Technology Project Coordinator/Project Officer including delivery of technology projects.
• Understanding of the systems delivery lifecycle and project management activities (status reports, risks & issues, schedules).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans and coordinating resourcing.
• Support budget management and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to risk and issue management and quality measures.
• Coordinate administrative project activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
