Job summary

RSL LifeCare Limited is seeking an experienced Manager Planning & Portfolio to guide our technology portfolio. Lead portfolio planning, demand management and governance while ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and capacity.

You will report to the GM Business Process & Delivery, oversee project governance, reporting, and vendor delivery, and mentor a high-performing PMO team to improve delivery methods and outcomes across multi-site aged care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMO or portfolio management in a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to govern, prioritise and report portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio planning, prioritisation and demand management.
• Establish and maintain project and portfolio governance frameworks.
• Provide consolidated reporting on portfolio performance, risks and benefits realization.
• Lead, mentor and develop Project Managers and Coordinators.
