This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative leader who combines strong portfolio management expertise with a practical approach to project delivery, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

  • Directly manage key projects and initiatives where required.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies, governance and PMO practices.
  • Manage vendor-delivered initiatives and ensure third-party partners deliver against agreed outcomes.
  • Foster strong collaboration across Technology and business teams to support successful project outcomes.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Project, Program or Portfolio Management (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, P3O, SAFe or similar).
  • Proven experience leading a PMO, Portfolio Management Office or project delivery function within a complex organisation.
  • Strong experience in portfolio planning, demand management, governance, resource management and portfolio reporting.
  • Demonstrated success establishing and improving PMO frameworks, methodologies and delivery controls.
  • Experience providing executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risks, resource utilisation and benefits realisation.
  • Strong project scoping, planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities and deliver outcomes within organisational capacity constraints.
  • Experience leading and developing project management professionals and building organisational capability.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills across business and technology functions.
  • Experience managing vendor-delivered projects and external delivery partners.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
