Job summary

Qspec Building Mobility Solutions is seeking a detail-focused Quoting Officer to join our Landsborough team. The role supports interpreting OT reports, applying pricing, and liaising with clients to clarify requirements, with strong admin and software literacy in AroFlo, SharePoint and Teams.

You'll work as part of a high-performing team on the Sunshine Coast, enjoying training, career growth and a stable, full-time position within an established business.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative background and high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working at pace across a high-volume workload.
• Ability to pick up technical and construction terminology (training provided).
• Good computer literacy, with the ability to learn AroFlo, SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting OT reports, drawings, photos and site notes to build compliant scopes.
• Applying pricing, inclusions and exclusions consistently, and working closely with our Leading Estimator on best-practice standards.
