Job summary

ProcurePro is seeking a Tech Lead for Bidlevel who will own the technical direction and quality of the product. You will stay hands-on, writing production code weekly, and lead a small team with room to grow.

The role blends architecture, engineering standards, and real-world delivery of LLM-powered features. You’ll design, build and monitor production-grade applications using Langchain/LangGraph, AWS ECS and Lambda, with Typescript as the primary stack and Python in prototyping.

Qualifications

• Deep senior software engineering experience, including time as a tech lead or staff engineer.
• Production experience with LLM applications using Langchain/LangGraph.
• Strong Typescript skills for production workloads; Python is a plus for notebook work in Hex.

Responsibilities

• Own Bidlevel's technical direction, architecture, and roadmap with the founders.
• Stay hands-on and write production code weekly while leading from the front on hard problems.
• Set and maintain high engineering quality across reviews, tests, observability, security and performance.
• Design and ship production-grade LLM applications with Langchain/LangGraph, including evals, orchestration, deployment and monitoring.
• Make big technical calls and explain trade-offs to founders and the team.
• Own reliability in production and ensure fast, stable, cost-effective delivery.
• Work across the stack, primarily Typescript; use Python for prototyping in Hex.
• Lead and develop direct reports with regular feedback and growth goals.
