Job summary

ProcurePro is building Bidlevel, an AI-powered procurement platform. We seek a senior software engineer to design, build and ship end-to-end features, with a focus on AI components and production-grade LLM apps.

You’ll work directly with the founders and own the full lifecycle of AI systems from datasets to deployment and monitoring. You’ll bring at least 5 years of senior software engineering experience, strong TypeScript skills, and hands-on AWS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a software engineer shipping production software.
• Strong TypeScript skills for backend/frontend production workloads.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications in production environments.
• Solid AWS experience deploying and running services (ECS/Lambda).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with grit and results focus.
• Ownership: ship, monitor, and iterate with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build product and AI features end-to-end from scoping to production.
• Develop production-grade LLM apps using Langchain/LangGraph.
• Own full lifecycle of AI systems: datasets, evals, orchestration, deployment, monitoring.
• Improve deployed AI systems for reliability and observability in production.
• Contribute to technical strategy, architecture, and scalable infra decisions.
• Work across TS for production and Python for prototyping in Hex.
• Own what you ship in production: monitoring, debugging, and iteration.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to ship performant, cost-effective experiences.
• Mentor peers via pairing, reviews, and documentation.
