Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer in New South Wales, Australia, to install, diagnose, maintain, and service desktop and peripheral devices. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, triage faults, and ensure smooth operation of corporate Windows environments while maintaining customer satisfaction.

What Success Looks Like In This Role

The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals. Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution. Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals) Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's Test and Tag experience highly regarded Minimum of 6months experience in supporting Deskside support environment Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
