JB Hi‑Fi store in Mackay, Queensland is seeking a friendly Retail Team Member to help deliver an outstanding customer experience across the floor and back of house. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and contribute to a high performing store culture.

In this role you will assist with merchandising, stock receiving, and processing, support fast-paced sales, and help maintain store presentation.
