Job summary

JB Hi-Fi Limited is hiring aRetail Team Member in Australia’s South Australia region to deliver outstanding customer service across our store network. You will engage with customers, support stock reception, merchandising, and sales processes to enhance the JB Hi-Fi brand experience.

Qualifications

• You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
• Customer focus and result driven.
• You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to our back of house.
• Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale.
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor.
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.
