Job summary

JB Hi-Fi is seeking a Retail Team Member in Australia to help create a high‑performing store culture with a focus on exceptional customer experiences. You will assist in multiple areas, including customer service, merchandising, and stock receiving, to support daily store operations and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
• Customer focus and results driven.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Help across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
• Provide a high level of customer service standards during pre, during and post the sale.
• Contribute to JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by merchandising products on the sales floor.
• Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.
