Qualifications

• Must hold NSW Security Licence 1A.
• Current RSA competency.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Mental Health First Aid or willingness to obtain.
• Working with Children Check required.
• Superior written and verbal communication.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Foot patrols to maintain a visible, reassuring presence.
• Engage with staff, visitors and stakeholders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Conduct site safety checks and identify risks.
• Write clear reports and maintain accurate records.
• Operate across a 24/7 rotating roster.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and safety awareness.
