Job summary

KPMG Australia offers a one-year grow pathway through a full-time, ongoing graduate program starting February 2027. You’ll work on real client projects across cyber, cloud, data, AI and digital transformation, gaining exposure to diverse industries while building technical capability and problem-solving skills.

Rolling intake, coaching from day one, and support from a performance development manager help you apply your degree to client work and learn quickly in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Final year of study in 2026 or recently graduated and not yet in professional work.

Responsibilities

• Analysing data to uncover insights and support decision‑making
• Supporting cyber security assessments and helping protect client systems
• Designing or integrating cloud and digital platforms
• Building or testing AI and machine learning models
• Improving digital user experiences for customers and communities
• Reviewing technology risks, performance and architecture
