KPMG Australia invites graduates to join a one-year grow pathway starting February 2027, offering real client work from day one and targeted coaching to develop professional skills within a supportive team. The program accepts students in their final year in 2026 or recent graduates not yet in professional work.

Nominate a preferred office location and explore teams across infrastructure, planning, project delivery and data, with ongoing development and wellbeing commitments.

Qualifications

• Final year student or recent graduate (class of 2026) with a degree in engineering, data, or related field.
• Real client work from day one with coaching and development to build professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting engineering and asset management assessments for major infrastructure assets.
• Contributing to project and program delivery, including project assurance, planning and scheduling.
• Assisting with infrastructure economics or planning analysis.
• Analysing technical, environmental or operational data to help clients make informed decisions.
• Reviewing project controls, risks and performance insights on large-scale projects.
• Helping assess feasibility, design considerations or project impacts in multidisciplinary teams.
