Job summary

KPMG Australia invites final-year students or recent graduates to join a one-year graduate grow pathway. You will work on real client projects from day one, receiving targeted coaching and development to build technical capabilities across cyber, cloud, data, AI, and digital transformation.

Start dates vary around February 2027, with a full-time ongoing graduate role. Nominate your preferred office location during the application process.

Qualifications

• Final-year students in 2026 or recent graduates not yet in professional work.
• One-year grow pathway with targeted coaching, support and development.
• Real client work from the start, so you can make an impact and learn straightaway.

Responsibilities

• Analysing data to uncover insights and support decision‑making.
• Supporting cyber security assessments and helping protect client systems.
• Designing or integrating cloud and digital platforms.
• Building or testing AI and machine learning models.
• Improving digital user experiences for customers and communities.
• Reviewing technology risks, performance and architecture.
