Job summary

P&N Bank is seeking a Technology & Cyber Line 1 Risk Specialist to strengthen risk management practices across Technology and Cyber teams. You will assess controls, apply the Risk Management Framework, and partner with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Risk to support risk assessments and reporting.

The role requires translating technical information into clear business risk implications and delivering practical risk guidance across projects and third-party services.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber, technology or operational risk in a medium to large organisation.
• Sound knowledge of risk management principles, control design and operating effectiveness.
• Familiarity with CPS 230 and CPS 234 and their application within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Applying the Bank’s Risk Management Framework across Technology and Cyber and helping teams strengthen risk and control management.
• Facilitating technology and cyber risk assessments, including RCSAs, project and change risk assessments, and reviews of third-party technology services.
