Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with enquiries and product recommendations over the phone.

• Processing sales and assisting with general retail operations.
• Performing general administration and data entry tasks.
• Assisting with customer orders, stock enquiries and other day-to-day tasks.
• Supporting the team to ensure customers have a positive experience both in-store and online.
