Job summary

Canon Australia in Sydney is seeking a casual Team Member to support document processing for government and enterprise clients. You will sort, scan, archive, and manage production reports while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to meet service levels in a collaborative team environment at Canon’s Macquarie Park office.

About the Role

As a Team Member, you’ll be focused on ensuring high levels of client satisfaction as you hit your service levels targets through service delivery excellence. Your positive "can-do" attitude reliability and excellent eye for detail will stand you in good stead as you manage a variety of documents and processes for blue chip and government clients.

• Establishing and maintaining relationships within client, suppliers, and Canon Business Services to deliver service excellence

About you

You’ll be working for a variety of government clients, where security clearance is required, so Australian citizenship is a must for this varied role. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will come to the fore as you manage a wide variety of complex documents for our customers.
